Ron Udall
Founder and President
After graduation from UCLA in 1968, Ron was a sales engineer for the H.H. Robertson Company through 1970. From 1970 to 1973, he worked for Sanderson Development Corporation in Mammoth Lakes handling the project administration on multiple townhouse developments. From 1973 to 1980, he was a partner in Consolidated Properties doing residential developments in the Southern California area, his primary responsibility being construction management. From 1980 to the present, he has managed Tyler Development Corporation, specializing in the general contracting of residential projects.

In an effort to provide uncompromised quality and service, Mr. Udall has built a financially and environmentally responsible company with a fully staffed office capable of handling development, construction management, and general contracting. Moreover, in order to guide his clients through the important and often challenging process of building a custom-home, Mr. Udall has assembled a unique and talented team. Tyler Development’s staff, including multiple LEED (“Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design”) certified project managers, possess knowledge of cutting edge building practices and environmentally responsible subcontractors and source material suppliers.

Mr. Udall also co-founded Masonry Concepts, Inc. in 1984, acting as President until 2004 when he sold his interest. Masonry Concepts was one of the largest masonry subcontractors in Los Angeles involved in large high-end commercial projects such as The Getty Museum.
